SalesPath is a consulting firm, founded by Christine Tunhall, focused on lifting sales in organizations undergoing change.
With long and broad experience in all phases of sales – from cold calls to sales manager, and from start-ups to international corporations – I have seen a recurring pattern: when change occurs, many people lose focus on sales, when in fact it should be strengthened.
SalesPath's goal is to create understanding throughout the chain and to promote Sales throughout the organization.
When every individual employee sees and feels confident with their part in the Customer Journey, the sales path and the journey forward becomes more or less straight forward.
