My services

In order to create change, you need to understand the current situation – both in numbers, structure and culture.
A current situation analysis maps out what the sales and customer journey actually looks like today: how well the strategy is anchored, where the interaction works, and where there are gaps between departments or processes.

Employees are interviewed, working methods are analyzed and the flow is followed throughout the entire Customer Journey – from first contact to deal and follow-up.

The goal is to make visible what works, what is missing and what is required to create a clearer direction and how to incorporate Sales into the entire flow.

The result is a concrete report that provides both insight and action – a common plan to gather around when you want to develop your sales organization and strengthen the customer experience.

In short: The current situation analysis creates clarity, security and pace for the next step.

Consulting services

Flexible support in change work and development projects.
I join as part of the team and help you create consensus between departments, build trust internally and drive sales forward - in your way, at your pace.

When the organization is in motion, a partner is often needed who can contribute with both sales expertise and an understanding of the people behind it.
As a consultant, I go where you need me the most – it could be about developing sales processes, embedding new ways of working, supporting the management team or strengthening collaboration between departments.

I always work closely with the business, listen, ask questions and adapt the efforts to your needs and circumstances.

Together we find solutions that make every part of the organization contribute to the whole – where everyone feels responsible for the customer journey and the business.

My role is to build bridges, create consensus and drive change in a way that lasts over time.

Flexible, honest and with respect for both the business and the people who run it.

Temporary leadership with a clear mission.

I step in operationally to maintain direction, create structure and ensure results – until the next step in the organization is in place.

At certain stages, a flexible, swift leadership is needed that quickly can take over, bring the team together, and keep the direction moving forward.
As interim leader, I step in with full responsibility for the assignment - it could be leading a sales organization, developing a new business unit or driving change during a transition period.

My focus is always on creating security, to clarify and to bring results.
I lead with openness and participation, helping employees grow and keeping the organization remaining strong long after the assignment is completed.

When the path forward feels unclear, or when you need to relieve management with temporary but experienced support, an interim assignment is often the fastest path to stability and progress.

The goal: that you will be stronger and more independent when I hand over.

What is effective change management?

Change management is about leading people and operations through development – but also about ensuring that the change actually strengthens the business.

In many organizations, sales is left out when new processes, structures or working methods are introduced. This risks losing both pace and customer focus.

Effective change management therefore means involving sales throughout the entire process – from strategy to implementation.
When sales are seen as a natural part of every change, consensus is created around what drives customer value, and each department understands its role in contributing to the business.

It's about connecting people, goals and customer journeys – building bridges between departments and creating security in the direction forward.
Only then will the change not only be implemented, but also profitable and sustainable.
